Michael and Juan, are very intelligent and all-around knowledgeable this crew is excellent. I was unaware that my brother had used their services once before due to some plumbing issues. However, we called Benjamin Franklin on March 5th, and I was quoted a fair price that beat four other overpriced competitors. Michael and Juan returned on the 6th and replaced the hot water tank. Their work was very clean and professional throughout the process, going in and out of our home. They both were so courteous, well-mannered, well-groomed, and very friendly. They also confirmed things to provide us with clear explanations of their steps until the job was complete. They replaced parts that would provide a better, more efficient home for me and my “Big Samoan Family.” I highly recommend using Benjamin Franklin. Michael and Juan, you guys are AWESOME! Seth was great! My bathroom backed up and he was able to come out and helped me out as soon as i called. He fixed the issue and gave advice on how to take care of my cast iron pipes. I highly recommend his services.

I called the company I've used previously when I discovered a small toilet leak, but they couldn't help until after the holidays. Based on these and BBB reviews, I called BF plumbing and they were here the next business day. While we initially thought this was a simple bolt or gasket issue, it turned out to be a cracked tank, so we had to replace the entire toilet. While the cost was much more than I'd initially anticipated, I'm very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of work. Their lead technician, Seth Chambers, and his in-training assistant were both professional and affable; I enjoyed having them in my home. I will definitely contact this company for future needs and request Mr. Chambers if he's available.
